I was approached by Russell Vann, the host of CUSTOMER FOCUS MARKETING podcast on facebook to do an interview about how I find my clients. This simple interview turned into a story of how, in 2009, I overcame unemployment, moved to a new city, had to make new connections and finally, I got to where I am now. It was not an easy ride but I was willing to put up a fight against all the circumstances and challenges that I had to face. My creativity and persistence helped me rise to the occasion and I now serve many clients and have made strong partnerships.
My advice to anyone who is in a stagnant position in their life or career is to go and do some volunteer work! Plenty of organizations and events need volunteer and do not have any expectations. Let it flow, be gregarious and ask those you meet what they do, what they like, or simply, how they are doing. #LetItFlow.
